Please accept my sincere thanks and I am happy to announce to others how pleased I am to work with you.
What an absolute joy to work with this talented couple. Dan and Darlene Swanson’s expertise knows no bounds. Working with them over ZOOM, on the phone, and via e-mail, I got to know their dedication to their work, and they got a feel for me and my book and what I wanted to convey. I’m so proud of the result.
I had an idea for a book cover, which Dan expertly entertained, but the picture I wanted to use didn’t excite me as much as I thought it would. I then let Dan loose to work his magic. I should have given him free rein from the start. I gasped when he revealed it to me.
Darlene designed my book interior beautifully, incorporating pictures and artwork to personalize it in a way I never imagined. I requested a canoe paddle icon between sections, so she asked me for a picture of a paddle for reference. I sent her a picture of my paddle, and that’s what is there – not just an icon but MY very own paddle. Incredible.
Dan and Darlene are personable, patient, gifted craftspeople. They won’t let you go until you are completely thrilled.

When you see her all finished, it's like when your daughter married or went off to college or left for her first prom. You can hardly breathe. She is beautiful. You have done a superior job. Maybe one of the best things that happened to me was when Walk NYC was not meeting LSI's requirements and I said to (can't think of her name) "isn't there someone you can recommend? I need help." She sent me a list of names and I picked you. No reason. Some how I just knew it was you. And...sure enough, I won the lottery. Thank you both for all your TLC through this project.
